ServicesSportingmind.org offers one-to-one consultations, group sessions and remote consultations.
ONE-TO-ONE SPORT PSYCHOLOGY CONSULTATIONS An initial one-to-one sport psychology session will involve an assessment of your needs and requirements. From this an individualised sport psychology programme will be developed. Most athletes chose to have regular one-to-one consultations to discuss any performance issues and further develop their psychological skills. One-to-one sport psychology sessions can be undertaken in London, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, and are charged at £50.00 per session (1 hour), plus travel expenses where applicable. GROUP SPORT PSYCHOLOGY SESSIONS Sport psychology sessions can also be delivered to small or large groups on any sport psychology related topic(s). These group sessions are normally delivered to sports performers and/or support staff. Group sessions could be used to introduce athletes to sport psychology and lead into one-to-one sessions. Alternatively, they could be delivered as a programme a group sessions covering various topics, or simply as a 'one-off' session. The fees for group sessions are dependent upon requirements. Please contact us for further information or for a quote. REMOTE SPORT PSYCHOLOGY CONSULTATIONS Consultations can be conducted by telephone, Skype, Facetime, online classrooms, email and other online sources. These consultations typically involve the completion of a detailed questionnaire and the subsequent development of a sport psychology programme. The cost of this service is £35.00 per consultation. Payment for this service can be made via credit or debt card. |
