  • MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology
  • BSc (Hons) Sports Science
  • Currently undertaking a PhD related to the psychological aspects of  sports injury
 
ACCREDITATION:
  • British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) Accredited Sport Psychologist (since 2003)

EXPERIENCE:
  • Sport psychology support has been provided to athletes from a wide range sports with varying levels of ability, from club to international level, since 1999.
  • Sports worked with include swimming, athletics, football, tennis, golf, karate, dancing, triathlon, ice hockey, gymnastics, boxing, netball, pentathlon fencing, ten-pin bowling, sailing, skiing, pool, polo, rugby and basketball.
  • In addition to working as a sport psychologist, Caroline is a university lecturer in sport and exercise psychology and a competitive athlete.
